Attendees will be able to view all of the sessions during the event, or later on for 6 months after the event, through the event app or desktop site. All you will need is an internet connection and you will be ready to watch any session.

Attendees can ask questions on every session detail page and vote on good questions. Speakers can either give an answer through the Whova app, or directly cover certain questions during their live session.

Online Discussions with the Community Board

The Community Board is a great way for people to start chatting with one another on interesting topics. It feels just like walking through a hallway and striking up a conversation with someone new. On the Community Board you can create topics of interest and talk and network with attendees before, during, and after the event.

Targeted Online Matchmaking

There’s a lot an attendee can put to their profile and Whova uses this information to match attendees who have commonalities with others such as their professional and educational background, location, interests, and industry. With that, you can create discussion, groups, meet-ups, and 1:1 chats!

Virtual Meet-ups

We will have four virtual “coffee breaks” throughout the day and will have different video chat rooms for topics of interest and well as “happy hour” video chat rooms before and after the event

Virtual Exhibitor Hall

Attendees can visit the virtual exhibitors and directly chat with them about their products or services as well as participate in promotions and giveaways. Attendees are encouraged to visit all the exhibitor profiles and to message them with questions and learn how they can elevate your business!
