Three Hour Phone Consultation with Brian Karlow - As the founder of the Glasgow Group, over the past 19 years we have successfully grown our portfolio through land development and the acquisition of single family and multi-family buy and hold properties. Our firm has evolved since the early years of self managing and performing many hands on capital improvements and maintenance tasks, to implementing systems and deploying 3rd party property management to incorporate a more passive business approach. Today we continue our investment focus on larger multi-family acquisitions through syndication and partnerships.

With 29 years experience in the electrical industry, my passion for real estate was stumbled upon while learning this trade. From serving an apprenticeship to business classes in the evenings, it has always been my goal to continue to educate and develop myself personally and professionally. As a senior project manager for a large firm in the Chicagoland market, many of these earned business skills have translated over extremely well to my real estate business and have helped me develop and grow my “buy and hold” strategy.
