The auction winner will invited to accompany Matt and his team to one of their existing apartment building assets located in the Southeast region. They will meet property managers, evaluate financials, and participate in contractor meetings. This will be a truly hands on experience to see and feel what it like to own and manage a large apartment complex. Travel expenses not covered.
Matt Faircloth, Co-founder & President of the DeRosa Group, is a seasoned real estate investor.
